Carole Méthot
Carole (also known as Carole The Artist) is a Montreal-based make-up & hair artist with over a decade of experience spanning across various industries, from beauty and fashion editorial, to moving image and live performance, all the way to prosthetics and mask making. Originally from a small town in Quebec, she has since built a reputation for her innovative approach, blending technical expertise with her artistic vision. Artists she has collaborated with include Hubert Lenoir, Tyler The Creator, Pomme, Isabella Lovestory, Gabbois, Tommy Cash, Cecile Believe, Yves Tumor, Marie Davidson, Emma Beko, Claudia Bouvette, Lou-Adriane Cassidy and Safia Nolin. Her work can also be seen in publications such as ELLE Canada, ELLE Québec, ALL-IN, King Kong, The Violet Book, System, Sex Magazine, NR Magazine, among others. In 2026, Carole gained international recognition for her work on the Grammy-winning album cover of Tyler, The Creator’s Chromakopia. She has also taken part in interviews and beauty tutorials for Dazed, i-D, Views France, Le Devoir, and La Presse.
